Returns
We stand behind our products 100%. In the event you receive a substandard product or have concerns about the quality in any way, please reach out to us directly at 905-854-6781 or 1-888-478-4011 or via email at customerservice@crumps.ca. We will arrange for new product to be sent out to you and if required, we send a shipping label for the defective product to be returned to us. We will refund your credit card for defective or unopened product within 3-5 business days of your reaching out to us. Please understand that any refunds may take a bit longer to appear on your statement.

See Sharon Crabtree. Order never arrived. Fed Ex shows arrived in Northboro, Massachusetts on 1/23. No further update. Sharon contacted Fed Ex who did not respond to her. She had a second order shipped out to me which hasn’t had time to arrive yet. Not the fault of Caledon Farms. I order from you because the quality of your products is excellent.
