    We stand behind our products 100%. In the event you receive a substandard product or have concerns about the quality in any way, please reach out to us directly at 905-854-6781 or 1-888-478-4011 or via email at customerservice@crumps.ca. We will arrange for new product to be sent out to you and if required, we send a shipping label for the defective product to be returned to us. We will refund your credit card for defective or unopened product within 3-5 business days of your reaching out to us.
