Returns
We stand behind our products 100%. In the event you receive a substandard product or have concerns about the quality in any way, please reach out to us directly at 905-854-6781 or 1-888-478-4011 or via email at customerservice@crumps.ca. We will arrange for new product to be sent out to you and if required, we send a shipping label for the defective product to be returned to us. We will refund your credit card for defective or unopened product within 3-5 business days of your reaching out to us. Please understand that any refunds may take a bit longer to appear on your statement.
 
 
Shipping Policy
Your order tracking number will appear in your account history and can be used to track your package. Expected delivery should be within 7-14 days. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be (if applicable), and you will have a chance to not finalize your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment. You will be contacted if this occurs.

Purfect Treats

My cat loves these treats. She's a picky eater and one bite of these and she wanted more! I'm having a difficult time finding them as Wegmans used to carry them but not any longer. My other cat moms tried these for their cats and they absolutely loved them too. I will place an order from your site today - my cat has to have them. Please see if you can get Wegmans to start carrying these again. Thank you so much!

Our Two Kitties Love These!!!

They love them so much, they catch them in their paws to eat them. We love that they are made with real chicken, no by products and are good for them. We have leaned the importance of good ingredients in a cat's diet and would highly recommend these cat treats.
